1. Data controller

Asociación Musical Zayt Ensemble, registered with the Andalusian Register of Associations under number 23-1-7127, with registered address at Calle Muñoz Garnica, nº 22, 1º Izquierda, 23001 Jaén (Jaén). Contact: ensemblezayt@gmail.com.

2. What data we process

This site has no forms or any mechanism that automatically collects personal data. Contact with the Association always happens on the user's own initiative, directly by email or WhatsApp, with that data never passing through our servers or being stored on the website.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure visits in aggregate and anonymously; this tool does not set cookies and does not identify visitors individually (see the Cookie policy for more detail).

3. Purpose and legal basis

If you write to us by email or WhatsApp, we process the data you provide (name, email or phone number, and the content of your message) solely to reply to your query. The legal basis is your consent, expressed by initiating the communication yourself.

4. Recipients and data processors

We do not share your data with third parties. We rely on the following providers as data processors for the site's technical operation: Cloudflare, Inc., as hosting, content delivery network and analytics provider; and Google LLC, if you choose to watch an embedded YouTube video or write to us at our Gmail address.

5. Data retention

We keep email or WhatsApp messages only for as long as necessary to handle your query, unless a longer retention period is legally required.

6. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability at any time by writing to ensemblezayt@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) if you believe the processing of your data does not comply with applicable regulations.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect legislative developments or changes to how the site works. Last updated: August 2026.
